As a community member in the Lloyd neighborhood, we hope you’ll participate in an important survey about renewing the Lloyd Enhanced Service District.
Lloyd is one of three enhanced service districts (ESD) in Portland, where property owners fund enhanced services such as trash cleanup, graffiti removal and business development. The ESD is up for renewal with the City of Portland in early 2024.
Your feedback on the ESD's current and potential new programs will help the Lloyd ESD board propose a renewal plan that best serves the Lloyd neighborhood. Survey responses will be accepted until Friday, May 5, 2023. The Lloyd ESD board will review the community input, and propose an ESD budget and programs to share with the community this summer for further feedback.
