PROSPER PORTLAND NOW HAS GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR BUSINESSES LOOKING TO RELOCATE IN LLOYD

In an effort to activate ground floor space in Lloyd, a new grant is available to support Lloyd Center Mall tenants in relocating within the Lloyd District. This grant has been developed for businesses and up to two nonprofits that are specifically looking to relocate within the Lloyd-Holladay TIF District.

The grant is available now, until September 1, 2026. Any grant applications submitted before September 1 must be a Lloyd Center Mall tenant relocating to another location within the district. After September 1, any remaining grant funds will be available for any business or nonprofit looking for a space in the district.

There is a total of $153,000 available with grants up to $25,000 for businesses or nonprofits relocating into ground floor commercial space within the district. This funding may be used to support moving expenses and tenant improvements.
