Get outside and explore the neighborhood, visit other floors in your building (or home), and if you can't leave the room, start with a few minutes of walking in place to get that blood flowing.
To be entered, follow these simple steps:
1. Take your meeting for a walk—inside or outside, as long as you’re walking/rolling.
2. Take a photo or short video during your meeting (just your feet or your view counts).
3. Post the photo or video on social media and tag @golloydpdx with #Steptember
Each post counts as one entry. A random winner will be chosen from all eligible entries at the end of the month.
