Your registration form has been received.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTION.
Please visit the Go Lloyd office at 700 NE Multnomah Street, Suite 340, Monday through Friday between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
BE SURE TO BRING A COMPLETED AND SIGNED COPY OF THIS USER AGREEMENT TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
If you have an electronic access card for your building, please bring it with you. If you do not have a card, we will issue one to you. Access to the Cycle Station will be available 24-48 hours after your registration is complete.
Fees are payable at the time of registration in cash or by personal check or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Recurring fees are to be paid via automatic card payments only—no cash or checks. You must have a valid credit or debit card to complete your registration.
If your employer is paying for your membership you still need to sign the user agreement and come into complete your registration. Your employer can pay using a check or credit card. Call us to set that up.
