We all know it’s important to get regular exercise, and walking is a great way to do so, but it can be hard to motivate ourselves to walk when it’s cold, wet and dark outside. Plus, it’s always more fun to walk with a group! This winter Go Lloyd is partnering with Lloyd Center to sponsor Winter Wednesday Walkers. These walks will happen every Wednesday, starting at noon. We’ll meet inside the mall, on the first floor by the spiral staircase, just inside the entrance at 11th Avenue and Multnomah Street. We’ll walk for 30 minutes, and there will be prizes for an extra motivation. All ages and abilities are welcome.
