The ride takes place mostly on country roads, avoiding the direct freeway route between the cities. The official midpoint is in Centralia, Washington, on the campus of Centralia College. Amenities include overnight accommodations, showers, first aid, chiropractic and massage, bicycle repair and storage, food and drink vendors, pancake feed and breakfast to go, live music, and a beer garden.

Holladay Park will be closed to the public on Fri, July 15 and Mon, July 18 for event load-in/load-out.
